$250 Solo Musician Fee (One Person Performing Alone)
Includes music 30 minutes before the ceremony, music for the grandparents, parents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, ring bearer, flower girl, bride and 1 piece of music for special ritual during the ceremony and recessional music after the ceremony. Music performed in this fee—See examples of music we perform at the bottom of the contract. (Please note, when we arrive ready to perform for the prelude music, we will only start performing unless there are guests there. For example, many times guests do not arrive until 20 or 15 minutes before the ceremony. We will not play prelude music until there are guests at the ceremony location. Also, if it is extremely HOT=over 90 degrees, the prelude time could be cut short to save the energy of the musicians for the music for the ceremony. We do not want to be exhausted for the ceremony performing 30 minutes of prelude music in extreme heat) Instruments available: Violin, Viola, Cello, Upright String Bass, Bagpipes, Flute, Irish Flute, Guitar, Steel Drum, Harp, Vocals, Piano, Keyboard, Saxophone, Ukulele, Banjo, Mandolin, Electric Guitar, Electric Violin, Electric Upright String Bass. (For Harp or Acoustic Upright String Bass an extra fee will apply for transportation) White or Black Electric Violin & Viola & Cello also available.

If there is an emergency, for instance if your musician is in a car wreck or is diagnosed with covid and if we cannot find the same type of musician within a moments notice, what is your second choice of instrument or group that can be performed? For example, if the 2nd violinist in a string trio becomes sick, could we substitute with violin, guitar and cello?

If you would like the Musician to attend with the Music Agent it would cost an additional $75.
In-Person Consultation, we will travel within 25 miles roundtrip of zip code 27370 for no additional charge. If the location is beyond 25 miles roundtrip, a $.25 fee per mile will be added after 25 miles.
For All Musicians--A 10 X 10 Canopy will be required to help protect the musicians and musical instruments from damage during certain weather conditions. We will contact you if we need to bring one. We cannot perform without a canopy even if a slight chance of sprinkle of rain or if it is full sun and over 90 degrees. The hot full sun makes extra sweaty fingers. Please indicate which color of canopy you would like:

If you hire a soloist, it is extremely difficult to set up the canopy with only one person. We will bring the canopy for free if you can provide a person to help set up the canopy. Name of the person that can set up:
Finding someone to help us to set up a canopy is not required if you hire two or more musicians. And if you have an indoor wedding that would not be required!!
If you do not have someone to help set up the canopy for a soloist, there will be a $75 fee for us to bring an extra person for set up assistance.

Portable Battery Powered Electric Keyboard-Free of charge for us to bring-but we need to know if we should bring it. This would be the perfect option for your Mountaintop or Beach Wedding with no Power Access Nearby. Do we need to bring the Portable Battery Powered Electric Keyboard? Yes_______ No_________
Beach Weddings- If your wedding is on the beach, there needs to be a location far enough away from Water for our performance. We cannot literally perform with Water under our feet and our equipment. Water splashing/water spray will also be an issue.The Musicians will need to be at least 50 feet from the edge of the water at all times during your ceremony including high tide times. If your wedding is during high tide please make sure we will be far enough away from the waters edge. Also, We will need enough shade for our performance. Either we will need to bring one of our canopies or else we can perform in a gazebo or other type of existing structure. This will help protect our instruments as well as provide shade for the performers for optimal comfort for a better performance. Also, the crashing waves are louder than you think. We will need to bring amplification for all instrumentalists. It is also highly suggested that your officiant is also amplified if you would like your guests to hear your vows.

Extreme Weather Or Public Pandemic Closure Cancelation: Depending upon weather conditions, we may need to cancel performance. Hurricanes, tornados, severe snow storms, ice and flooding. If the national weather service calls for people to stay indoors and not travel on the roads, that is when this would apply. This would also be up to the performer depending upon how far they would need to travel and if they would be running into the storm during travel. If it is against the law or if the vendor will be charged by law enforcement if they participate/perform services for the wedding due restrictions to Covid or another type of outbreak or other issue with anything we will not be able to perform at your wedding. If there is public civil discourse or riot we will not be liable and there is a chance we could not perform. Money would not be refunded due to acts of God/public health pandemic/riot. Deposit can be used to secure a new date but not refunded. We will be happy to perform on your new date and reschedule. Original Musicians might not be available on your new date and you would need to choose a different type of instrument to be performed based upon musician availability.
Parking Fees—If there is a parking fee, you will need to provide that. If the venue has an extremely difficult parking situation and valet parking is offered, you must provide valet parking for the musicians.
$50 – Outside Musician Fee (If you choose to use an additional instrumentalist or vocalist that is not usually in our group. This fee will be charged for each musician in our group that is taking time to practice with the outside musician. For example, if you hire three of our musicians to practice with an outside musician before the rehearsal or at another time, the charge would be $150)
$250 – Rehearsal Fee ($250 for each musician performing at the wedding rehearsal)
$75—Patio Heater Rental--If it is cold, under 55 degrees and the wedding ceremony or cocktail hour is held outside, we will need to rent a patio heater for $50, unless you provide one. This would not apply to saxophone, piano, vocals or electric upright bass.
$200 –Reception/Cocktail Hour Fee ($200 per musician an hour. You will be charged $200 even if cocktail hour does not last a full 60 minutes. If you are hiring us only for cocktail hour or reception and not the wedding ceremony performance, it will cost $250 for the first hour and $200 per hour thereafter)
$25 Special Request Fee ($25 for each special song). Talk with us about your special request. You may not be charged this fee depending upon what the song is. This fee is charged for modern music not on the Traditional Music list at the bottom of this page, which usually is a new release and we would need to write a special arrangement of the music. This fee may also be charged if the music is extremely difficult (Opera).
DJ Fee $225 per hour (Minimum 3 Hour Booking. Must Provide Meal for DJ at Reception. Includes MC & Lighting Bar)
$100 Extra DJ Set Up Fee: If the DJ Sets up in a 2nd Location or If there is a difficult set up (Example: Bringing the Equipment Up or Down 2 flights of Stairs with NO access to a ramp or elevator)

Travel Fee-If the wedding is within 25 miles of zip code 27370, there will be no additional charge for mileage. However, if the wedding venue is beyond 25 miles, a $.50 fee per mile will be added after 25 miles. This fee is calculated for mileage round trip, not one-way.
Hotel Fee-A hotel fee will also be incurred if driving beyond 3 hours one way from Trinity, NC.

Initial Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit / debit card. If the client cancels the performance or changes the date, they must directly contact Jenniffer Campbell at least 180 days prior to the event or the remaining payments will not be cancelled.
Monthly payment plans are also available—50% would be due at signing of contract and the remaining 50% would be spread out in equal payments for the months remaining until the event. For example, if it would cost $1,400.00 total. 50% down would be $700.00. If the performance would be held in 9 months from now, that would be a payment of $77.77 for 9 months.
Any amendments to this contract must be in writing and signed by all parties.
Jenny’s Music Studio is Licensed and Insured. If a copy of our insurance policy is needed by your venue, we can provide one upon request.

I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify Jenny’s Music Studio in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments wil be executed on the next business day. The pricing and contracted information for corporate events, Birthday parties and other events is the same pricing as our wedding rates.
However, if the event is for a non-profit, nursing home, school, senior center or a Church we can give them a slight discount.

We perform all throughout the USA. If you would like a price quote for weddings and events in States other than North and South Carolina, Virginia or Tennessee, we will gladly perform those events! Please inquire for a quote!
